The six zones of the beach sports site — per the resort's official description and photos. The resort does not publish sizes, surfaces or the number of courts, so they are not here.
Padel courts
The club's main site: glazed courts right by the beach. The resort holds international tournaments here — the news calls exactly these courts “the seaside courts of Sea Breeze Sport Beach Club.”

Tennis courts
The tennis court stands in the same fence as the padel courts — it is clearly visible in the official photo from above: a green court in the center, blue padel boxes at the edges.

The football pitch
A pitch in a tall mesh fence next to the embankment. The resort counts it as part of the same beach sports zone as the courts.

The volleyball court
The resort names volleyball in the official description of Sport Beach Club. There are no separate photos of the court in open sources — so there is no picture here either.

The open-air gym
Wooden machines right on the sand, about 500 sq. m. The resort describes it this way: you can train in a swimsuit and go into the Caspian right after the workout.

SUP board rental
The paddleboard rental point is on the beach next to the courts. In the resort's reference book it passes as a separate line, but is tied to the Sport Beach Club zone.

Padel is growing
In summer 2026 the resort reported three new open padel courts and two more in the renovated Mytcha zone. A covered center for eight courts and one open court is announced as “opening soon.”
The resort has not specified where exactly the new courts will stand. The construction of the covered center was mentioned as early as May 2025, and the opening date was not named. We do not claim that these courts belong to Sport Beach Club.
